You may also see Schedule a Meeting on top menu, either way, click on \u201cSchedule a Meeting\u201d<\/li>\n<li>This will bring up the Schedule a Meeting dialog window where you fill out:<\/li>\n<li>Topic,\n<ol>\n<li>description,<\/li>\n<li>when,<\/li>\n<li>duration (estimate fine, does not kick you out)<\/li>\n<li>time zone<\/li>\n<li>Recurring meeting (Keep unchecked)<\/li>\n<li>Registration required (Keep unchecked)<\/li>\n<li>Meeting ID (Choose \u201cGenerate Automatically\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Meeting Password (Uncheck \u201cRequire meeting password\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Video (Host &#8211; Choose \u201cOn\u201d) and (Participants &#8211; Choose \u201cOff\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Audio (Choose \u201cboth\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Meeting options\n<ul>\n<li>Click on \u201cEnable join before host\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Leave rest unchecked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click Save<\/li>\n<li>You can add to calendar if you want to \u201cStart this Meeting\u201d (Click on link in calendar or \u201cStart This Meeting\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>To start from your account, log in<\/li>\n<li>On the left side, make sure to click on \u201cMeetings\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u201cStart\u201d icon on right side of whatever meeting you just created<\/li>\n<li>On the \u201cOpen Zoom Meetings?\u201d dialog window\n<ul>\n<li>Click on \u201cOpen Zoom Meetings\u201d<\/li>\n<li>This will open a panel and then a dialog window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>At the \u201cChoose ONE of the audio conference options\u201d dialog window.\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the \u201cComputer Audio\u201d tab<\/li>\n<li>Choose \u201cTest Speaker and Microphone\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Test Speaker<\/li>\n<li>Test Microphone<\/li>\n<li>Choose \u201cJoin with Computer Audio\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Move your cursor on the screen and turn on your microphone and video camera if they are not on\n<ul>\n<li>There are Microphone and video camera icons on the bottom left of the window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>On the top right, click on the \u201cEnter Full Screen\u201d mode<\/li>\n<li>Move your curser on screen and on the bottom middle of the screen, click on the \u201cShare Screen\u201d.\n<ol>\n<li>This opens a \u201cSelect a Window or an Application that you want to share\u201d dialog window\n<ol>\n<li>Select the screen that shows PowerPoint or other presentation file.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cShare\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>This causes your video to be in a smaller panel and you see your full screen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Open your presentation materials and start the presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Move your mouse curser over the \u201cID: XXX.XXX\u201d part of the \u201cID:XXX.XXX\/Stop Share\u201d icon to pull up the menu bar\n<ol>\n<li>Move mouse curser over the \u201cMore\u201d icon and select one of two options\n<ul>\n<li>Record on this Computer (We recommend this)<\/li>\n<li>Record on Cloud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You are now recording<\/li>\n<li>If you click on the presentation you can advance slides<\/li>\n<li>Start talking<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>When you talk is finished or you want to pause, Click on the \u201cID: XXX.XXX\u201d part of the \u201cID:XXX.XXX\/Stop Share\u201d icon to pull up the menu bar\n<ol>\n<li>Move mouse curser over the \u201cMore\u201d icon and select one of two options\n<ol>\n<li>Pause Recording<\/li>\n<li>Stop Recording<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you have selected \u201cRecord to Computer\u201d, your recording downloads after you exit meeting.
